TERMS OF USE FOR CARPLAY CONNECT

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using CarPlay Connect (the "App") operated by Veysel Akbalık ("we," "us," or "our").

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. LICENSE

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.

3. RESTRICTIONS

You agree NOT to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the App
• Use the App while driving in an unsafe manner

4. DRIVING SAFETY DISCLAIMER

IMPORTANT: CarPlay Connect is designed to assist drivers, NOT to replace safe driving practices.

• Always keep your eyes on the road
• Do not interact with the App while the vehicle is in motion
• Obey all traffic laws and regulations
• You are solely responsible for safe vehicle operation
• We are NOT liable for accidents or incidents resulting from App use

5. NAVIGATION DISCLAIMER

• Navigation data is provided by Apple Maps and Google Maps
• Route information may not always be accurate or current
• We are NOT responsible for errors in navigation data
• Always use your judgment and observe actual road conditions
• We do NOT guarantee arrival times or route accuracy

6. DASH CAM DISCLAIMER

• The dash cam feature is for personal use only
• Recording laws vary by jurisdiction; ensure compliance with local laws
• We are NOT responsible for failed recordings or data loss
• Recordings are stored locally; we do NOT backup your videos

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The App integrates with third-party services (Apple Maps, Google Maps, Apple Music, Spotify). These services are governed by their respective terms of service. We are NOT responsible for third-party service availability or functionality.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Veysel Akbalık and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT

We do NOT warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The App is free of viruses or harmful components

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Personal injury or property damage
• Any damages arising from your use of the App

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Veysel Akbalık from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

14. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
